| About Drop Shipping |
| Drop shipping allows you to sell products at wholesale prices without
carrying inventory and therefore eleminates having to ship the product. However,
you now have to e-mail every order that you receive to the company that drop
ships the product. This can quickly become a time consuming and confusing
process especially if you are selling products from multiple vendors. For example,
you may receive an order with 3 products, each from a different vendor. In this
situation your staff will have to e-mail three different vendors, and make sure
each product is sent to the correct vendor. It's obvious that if done manually you
or your staff will waste valuable time, and errors are bound to happen.

| Automating Drop Shipping |
| Our service not only simplifies but eliminates the entire process of
manually notifiying your vendors to drop ship products. The first step is to create
your vendors. When you create a vendor you have three options, 1) do not e-mail, 2) approve e-mails,
or 3) auto-email vendors. If you choose to e-mail the vendor you will then enter
the e-mail subject, the from name & e-mail address, and configure the e-mail text.
Using e-mail variables you will be able to completely customize the e-mail sent to each vendor. E-mail variables
allow you to specify the shipping address information, products, and product level detail information
such as the manufacturers part number and SKU for each product. It's also important to note that the
list of products that will be included in the e-mail are only products for the given vendor.

After you have created & configured each vendor you should create your products. You assign a product to a
vendor by selecting that vendor.

That's it. If you chose to auto-email your vendors your vendor will receive the customized
e-mail you created within minutes after an order is placed. If you chose to approve each
e-mail you will use the e-mail approval screen under the order processing section to approve
and send vendor related e-mails.
